1. Acceptance of Terms

By joining the TanHung Loyalty Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to provide accurate contact information.

One account is permitted per individual.

3. Earning Points

– Points may be earned on eligible purchases at TanHung Asian Supermarket

– You must present your TanHung Loyalty Program Card/Digital Card before the transaction is finalized at the register.

– Points cannot be earned retroactively or added after a transaction is completed.

– Points may not be earned on certain items, depending on the store.

4. Redeeming Points

Points can be redeemed for rewards, discounts, or promotional items as described in the Program materials.

Restrictions may include:

• Minimum redemption threshold
• Expiration dates
• Exclusions based on inventory
• Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be sold.

5. Member Responsibilities

You must:

• Safeguard your account login information
• Notify us of unauthorized access
• Use the Program only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Fraudulent activity may result in suspension or termination.

6. Communications

By joining, you agree to receive transactional communications (e.g., account updates).

7. Modification or Termination of Program

We reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate these Terms and Conditions, the TanHung Loyalty Program, and any benefits at any time

We may modify or end the Program at any time. If the Program ends, unredeemed points may be forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Technical issues or system failures
• Lost, stolen, or misused points
• Errors in point calculations (though we will correct verified mistakes)
